What size do I need?

This depends on the quantity and type of articles you are storing as well as whether or not you need "access space" within the unit itself.  Use our space estimator to determine the amount of space you will need.

What about items that require special care?

Fragile items should be packed and stored with extra care.  More details are available at Packing Tips.  Items sensitive to humidity or extremes in temperature should be stored in climate controlled units.

Are there items I can not store?

Yes. These include, but are not limited to:

Any living or dead animal or person
Used tires
Food
Firearms
Explosives
Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc)
Drugs or drug paraphernalia (except pharmaceuticals)
Stolen items
Hazardous waste material of any kind
Items that produce odors of any kind
Any item that detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility
Other items at management discretion

You also can not:

Play any type of musical instruments
Hold garage sales, auctions, flea markets or public sales of any kind
Reside in a storage unit

Can I get to my items whenever I need to?

Gate access is computer controlled and allows tenants to access their units at any time.  While we have standard office hours, we can be available to help you with your rental needs by appointment at other times.

Is my property covered by insurance?

As a matter of law, self storage centers do not automatically provide insurance for your stored items.  While losses rarely occur in centers with modern security systems and access features, it is always wise for you to make sure your possessions are covered by a rental policy.  These may be obtained through your homeowner's or rental insurance policy or provider.  We also offer low cost coverage for your unit's contents.  Contact us for more information.

Where can I get packing and moving supplies?

Supplies are available at hardware stores and home centers.  We also carry a full range of moving and packing supplies at competitive rates.

What payment options are available?

We offer month-to-month rentals as well as multi-month leases.  Payments are due in advance of the current rental period.  We accept cash, checks, money orders and most credit cards.  For credit card users, we offer automatic payment submission for your convenience.
